IF I’M A NEW CLIENT DO I NEED TO BOOK AN INTRO CONSULTATION?

Yes! All new clients are required to reserve a intro consultation and facial treatment with The Complexion Club. Even if this is not your first skin treatment, we offer our clients a completely custom experience with our unique philosophy and approach to skin care. 

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE BEST TREATMENT FOR MY SKIN?

We make it simple, you don’t have to! At every appointment we’ll make professional recommendations based on your skin’s needs and personal goals. We can plan for specific treatments or enhancements, but we recommend reserving a custom treatment unless we’ve discussed otherwise. 

ARE YOUR FACIALS PREGNANCY SAFE?

Absolutely! We got you mama. Just let us know before we begin your service and we’ll make sure to customize your treatment for you.

HOW SHOULD I PREP MY SKIN BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT?

Make sure to avoid any strong exfoliants the week of your treatment and wait at least one week post-injections like botox or fillers. If you have other questions around this topic, please contact us.

CAN I SHAVE MY FACE BEFORE A FACIAL?

If you regularly shave, we recommend shaving at least 24-48 hours prior to your treatment. 

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Any changes or cancellations made with less than 48 hour notice of your scheduled appointment will result in a $100 fee. No shows and less than 24 hour notice to your scheduled appointment time will result in a 100% charge of your service.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Unused, unopened, or unmarked product may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Any opened or used products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
